Right to Cancellation

The User agrees to provide only accurate and truthful information when requesting services from Tripzen Private Limited under this agreement. Any misrepresentation of facts by the User will invalidate this agreement and disqualify the User from utilizing the services offered by Tripzen Private Limited. Should Tripzen Private Limited discover or suspect at any point, either during or after receiving a service request from the User, that the request is unauthorized, the information provided is incorrect, or any fact has been misrepresented, Tripzen Private Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any necessary action against the User(s), including cancellation of bookings, without prior notice.

In such cases, Tripzen Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the cancellation of bookings or services. The User indemnifies Tripzen Private Limited against any such claims or liabilities and agrees not to hold Tripzen Private Limited responsible for any loss or damage arising from actions taken to protect the interests of the company and its legitimate customers.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, including our officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, actions, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses of any nature, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

(a) your breach of these terms of use; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) your use of this website.

This includes adherence to third-party operator terms and the proper handling of personal information necessary for fulfilling travel arrangements. Tripzen Private Limited retains no direct control over the independent entities providing travel services, and we disclaim responsibility for the content, quality, or safety of third-party products and services displayed on these white-label websites.

In the event of a client issue, the travel agency must notify us immediately, following the procedures described, to facilitate resolution with the supplier. Additionally, the cancellation policies and procedures outlined will apply to all bookings made through the white-label solutions, taking into account the timing and commitments made to service providers.

Use of Devices

You agree not to use any robot, spider, automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content they contain without our prior written permission. You also agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our site, including any listings, offers, or transactions. Additionally, you agree not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

Payment of Fees

In the event of any undercharging by Tripzen for listings, services, transaction fees, or any other fees due to technical or other reasons, Tripzen reserves the right to recover the balance amount at its discretion.

These services are provided by independent entities that own or operate airlines, surface transportation, hotels, cruises, etc. Although we select reputed suppliers and inspect their infrastructure, we do not have direct control over the services, staff, or operations of these third-party providers. We take no responsibility for the content, quality, or safety of third-party products displayed on our website. Tripzen Private Limited is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by users as a result of using such third-party products and services. However, if a client is dissatisfied with a particular service, we can address the issue with the supplier if notified immediately, following the procedures outlined in this document.

As services are booked in advance and we are obligated to fulfill payment commitments to suppliers, cancellations result in financial losses for the Company, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice to the supplier. Therefore, the cancellation policy, based on these factors, will apply in the event of a cancellation.
